What do you substitute for your sweet tooth. I love candy and chocolate.... For me, I feel like junkie sometimes. I can't just eat a small portion I overdoes on it, and then feel sick after. I don't know whay I do it... Sometimes It's emotional for sure but other times I think it might just be habit. I need some healthy alternatives to junk... I have tried fruit but too much fruit is not good either.

Suggestions.....

  • Protein shakes...blend 5 ice cubes, 1cup water, 1 scoop of whey protein (be sure it's low calorie @ 140, low carb @ 6 and low sugar @ 2). After a month you will crave them!!! More ice if you want to eat it with a spoon.

    I was thinking of trying those weider ones that are better with water. They aren't milky like the vanilla and chocolate ones. They are fruit flavored. Thanks Jenn
