Dilemma... Hips/Bootay/Waist Ratio not looking good

Here's my dilemma ....

I've lost alot of inches from my waist and a few from my hips... I saw a picture the other day and my BOOTAY and HIPS were like BAMM! in contrast to my waist.... I want to slim down but not lose them...

Can you guys suggest work out programs that help in that area... or just work outs......

I know you cant spot reduce but, this is killing me.

    Unfortunately, that's exactly what spot-reducing means, haha. I'm having a similar issue right now with my belly area; for a while, everything kept looking better and better but I have been losing the slowest around the abdomen/waist, so it's getting more and more apparent that I have excess weight there (since everything else gets smaller faster). It's annoying, but just keep chugging along and eventually you'll see a difference. That's what I'm counting on, anyway!
