Today's challenge is: Front alternating dumbbell raise

Let's do 25 of arm for a total of 50 of them.

Use what ever you have or feel comfortable with as weights.

You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.

    Go for soup cans, water bottles, Qt. size ziplock bag full of rice. It doesn't have to be VERY heavy, you will feel it.
