Hey everyone! I've been on this site for a while but I just started my low calorie diet again along with doing P90X. I thought about doing there diet but I never have the time to make all food they suggest. Going on day 5 so far and I've lost between three and four pounds. Trying to get in a better shape for my trip to the beach in august and to be healthier from now on. Wish me luck!

Thanks! Thats the plan and I don't plan to let anything get in my way. Just have to hit the grocery store to have healthier lunch choices to pack for work!0
