Green Tea Almond Latte (15 cal)
I just adapted a recipe for Green Tea Soy Latte from a popular local tea house to make a healthy low calorie blended drink to beat the heat!
(makes 2 servings)
4 cups of ice cubes
1 packet of unsweetened matcha ice tea (10 cal)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (blue diamond will come out to (20 cal)
sweeten to taste (I used one packet of Stevia in the Raw for the whole thing)
Blend until it gets tot he consistency of a Starbucks Blended drink.
I was about to get about 2 cups out of this recipe-- perfect for me and my bf.
