I teach a dance class once a week for 1.5 hours and sometimes 2.5. I teach 2nd-5th graders, different types of dance, from jazz to pom. Im curious how to log this in on my exercise. The weeks I am teaching, I log it as dancing (general) but the weeks like tonight where I have already mostly taught the routine, and we are just drilling it, I dont know what to do? Do I log it as coaching, nothing? I know I get some kind of workout, I leave worn out and sweaty!

the system also has something like "aerobics, teaching." that could be very similar to nights you just dance over and over again.

if you go to amazon, you can find Polar F6's for about 100 bucks (sometimes slightly less), that's a good model from a good manufacturer. And Amazon is an authorized polar reseller so you keep the warranty.
