Insanity and P90X....

I'm just wondering if any of you have done Insanity and P90X simultaneously? Not literally at the SAME exact time, but either back-to-back or one in the morning/the other at night. If so, what kind of results did you see? How taxing was it on your body? Is there any specific schedule you'd recommend?

I'm doing a hybrid right now and I love it. I'v done P90x alone before but I like the hybrid much more. I've done 60 days have gotten great results. I've gotten the most ab definition I have in a log time. For me, mornings work better so I do it each work out every morning. I try fuel my body accordingly so I haven't exeperienced any type of fatigue.0

Insanity and P90X in the same day would be overtraining and might not get you the best results but a P90X and Insanity Hybrid where you do P90X one day and Insanity the other works very well and gets great results. I am currently doing a P90X and Insanity the Asylum hybrid and its working great. I have also seen many stories of people doing an Insanity/P90X hybrid and having great results0

I did the hybrid, which was replacing the P90X cardio days with Insanity. I had great results and loved it. The two different programs gave me more variety and kept me from boredom!0
