Trying to drop a few pounds

Im hoping to drop about twenty pounds, any tips? I have a kinect fitness game and access to a stationary bike but im having a hard time staying motivated when i wake up the day after feeling very sore.

    It is hard and discouraging to stick with it when you're in pain the next day but it does get better. I started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred last Wednesday and thought to myself "there's no way I'm going to be able to do this". Don't get me wrong, it's hard, but my stamina and strength are already improving, and every days my legs kill, but I do it and I feel great when I'm done. Find something you love and stick with it. After the first few days or so you'll see yourself getting stronger. Good luck!
