I am looking for some yummy, healthy snack ideas. I am trying to up my calorie intake & I am getting bored of the same ol' stuff everyday! I am looking for some variety :) I am not a picky eater by no means, but I am a busy mom & would prefer things that are fairly quick & simple. Thanks!!

Sounds a little crazy but I made low-cal cupcakes. Mix a box of devil's food cake mix with a 15oz can of pumpkin (I used Libby's) and a scoop of chocolate protein powder. The result 138 calorie cupcakes. I usually add that with a serving of Breyer's 1/2 fat vanilla ice cream. It makes a great evening snack. There are TONS of low-cal recipes on hungrygirl.com. I have found so many great snacks and meals and haven't had a single bad recipe yet.

I often get 1/2 pint packs of berries (raspberries/blueberries, or especially blackberries) when they are on sale at the grocery store. Very refreshing and really low-cal. Or mini-carrots, those really fill you up as well. 1 cup of plain cheerios is only 100 calories. It's a bit dull, but they last you a while!

I love the 100 calorie Sandwich Thins. The possibilities are endless. I use a bit of Garlic Herb Mayo and a Tomato. Or spray butter, mozzarella and garlic powder open faced in the toaster oven.
My husband loves the Bagel Thins and he makes turkey sandwiches all of the time using them. I put a piece of cheese on it and pop it in the microwave. If you eat meat, you could add a piece of turkey sausage to it.

    1 cup coconut flakes
    1/2 cup ground flaxseed

celery with peanut butter or apple slices with peanut butter.

If you don't have a ton of room for the calories of nut butter, you can always swap it with light tuna in water. The entire can is only 100 calories, and it is delicious stuffed into celery (I mix it with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, S&P first, but any way you swing it is good)

this is my newest go to: melba toast rounds with spreadable cheese triangles (like weight watchers) and slice of fresh cucumber (from my garden) and a sprinkle of dill on top. It makes my mouth very happy:)

I do 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese spread on kavli whole grain crisp (3 is one 50 calorie serving) with some thin slices of raddish and cucumber on top. You can sub any veggie you like.

I love rice cakes-- chocolate ones with a few mini marshmallows in the microwave or some fat free cool whip are awesome for a sweet tooth craving, while white cheddar with some Monte Bene pasta sauce makes a yummy mini "pizza" when you're craving salty and savory. If you have wiggle room, you can top the pizza with black olives, light cheese (I like Weight Watcher's smoke flavor string cheese) and green peppers.

Another go-to of mine is veggies and hummus OR veggies and salsa. Fiber one brownies are great, too. I sprinkle 1/2 cup of kashi go lean, crisp rice cereal, or Fiber one honey squares cereal into a container of Yoplait fat free yogurt, too.

When I am thinking of snacks I try to get in a good amount of fiber and protein.

    GL!

Jeffdoc started a list with 88 snack ideas all under 100 calories. And with his kind permission, I've created a blog entry that has the original 88 snack ideas with the additional ones people have suggested. There are over 115 now. Not all of them are healthy, but there's a huge range of choices.
    They are at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/Robin_Bin/view/snacks-of-100-calories-or-less-267198
Hope it helps! (Please give it a positive vote, if it's useful to you and feel free to add any suggestions.)
