    Yes, it works! Just have to adhere to the very strict diet. . .If you cheat on the diet you will not lose weight for a couple days, thereafter. Just continue the diet and the weight will come off again. . .Use this if want to lose 1-2 pounds a day. . .It works! Please read reviews and do your research!
