steaming veggies

I have been reading up on preparing veggies. I can't always grill them and apparently me boiling them just sucks all of the water soluble vitamins out. So my question is... is there some easy way to steam them?

I have never steamed veggies.

make a parchment paper pouch for chopped up veggies and like 1 tbsp water, seal edges by folding them over, and put it in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes, more or less

Try to cook them as little as possible...you cook vitamins right out of them.

I have a veggie steamer -- a little pot with holes in the bottom that goes on top of my regular pot. I love it.

A steaming basket! You can get them anywhere and they are cheap. Pop it over a pot with about 2 inches of boilng water, pop a lid on and about 8 minutes later you have steamed veggies!
