Just a reminder,

It's watermelon season!

I just ate 1/4 of a watermelon and it was only 259 calories. I always get a kick out of the portion size!

If you have carbs left and if you need something to make you feel full, watermelon is it.

There are plenty of other volumetric foods containing water that make you feel full...

For example, a stick of butter weighing 1/4 lb. contains 810 calories and is more than 3/4 fat, while 1/4 lb. of grapes, which occupies far more volume, contains approximately 78 calories and is more than 3/4 water.

    I love watermelon! I've been fairly obsessed with it lately for the reasons you mentioned.

    Love watermelon...so delicious, healthy, refreshing, and beautiful. I eat it daily whenever it is in season.
