I have worked on this all day but still couldnt get my pictures to show up on the forum boards. I have placed the link here for anyone wishing to view my before and after (but i am still going) pictures. If I can do this, you can too.

    I have been losing for 21 momths. I have lost about 70 inches and gone from a 26-28W down to a 14-16 misses. I have also gotten off of all meds except. synthroid and my feet don't swell up anymore. No doubt, my preseverance is paying off. Although it is slow going now I am just proud to see it moving downhill
