IT'S MY CREATION............. (say in Weird Science Style
)

ingredients
2 scoops of your choice of flavour protein powder - i use maximuscle promax diet chocolate and vanilla
150ml skimmed milk - although you could use less or maybe water
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
stir all ingredients together in bowl and put in microwave on high for 2-3 mins. the less time its in the softer (soggier for lack of a better word) the protein sponge will be.
thats the basics, then you can add what u want to it
i used fage total 0% greek yoghurt which is really healthy & high in protein, added 1 teaspoon of good quality vanilla pure essence & a punnet of raspberries and then 2 teaspoons of good quality honey on top as the "sponge" can get a bit dry.
ive ordered walden farms syrups which are all sugar, carb, wheat, gluten free - and basically calorie free. dont ask me what actually is in it. :laugh:
enjoy guys. great breakfast if you have extra time to prepare - i think its a nice treat on the weekends.

i think so. lol
i think the trick is to use a protein powder u already like & drink. i love the maximuscle promax diet ones - the vanilla tastes like very sweet custard.
however, it can get a bit dry which is why i used milk instead of water & have ordered the syrups.
the promax diet isnt cheap - i buy it from the following where its £49.99 for 2 tubs. if you buy from ebay you are looking £30 a tub or the actual website its over £40!
