Hello everyone, I just started myfitnesspal last week. I have never been real great at messaging and blogging, but I am going to put myself out there a little more. Maybe this will help with more permanent success. I am into health and fitness with some bad habits. I know that my problem lies in my food consumption. Still getting back on track after the holiday/winter months, but I do feel it coming together. I do enjoy getting mail, so feel free to say hello.

Thanks for replying over one year ago. I have no excuse as to why I never checked for any responses. I am going to see if I can figure out how to friend people. Do you have any experience with the fitbit? Also some news that I just have to share. All of the hype about vitamin D is true. I am low on vit D, taking a prescription strength dose, I feel so much better. I can power walk a half mile in seven minutes. I haven't been able to do that for a few years. I am sooo excited.0

hi iam new on here also i have been doing this for a couple of weeks my daughter told me about this site and i am still trying to figure out some of the things you do on here so if anyone see,s that iam not doing something right please tell me and how do you get that weight bar on your screens0

Hi there! Welcome to MFP. I think that if you want the weight loss bar you have to go to your profile and click on personalize your ticker and once you choose how you want it to look it will appear just other people's.0

Hi Smiley, I joined over one year ago and still trying to figure out how eveything works. I need to visit this site daily. I have been down on myself for over one year. Recently been diagnosed with low vitamin D levels. Started on prescription strength Vit D. Wow, what a difference. I do feel alot better now. My workouts feel good again, and I can control my food cravings again. I am sooo excited.0

I have been doing MFP for 3 weeks now & lost 7 pounds. It has worked for me. I do have a FitBit and LOVE it!!!!! Anyone is more than welcome to add me as well.0

I am on a continuous diet. I have used myfitnesspal many times. Love the program. Decided this time around to try mini goals. Hungry girl.com has great legal receipes0
