Help wean me off my student diet?

My current food diary is a bit embarrassing haha. I'm planning to eat healthier as soon as I get all my assignments out of the way and can focus on my health. Please feel free to throw some ideas on healthy foods and snacks my way! I love my fruit and veg, but I'm getting bored of eating them the same ways all the time, so some new easy to prepare recipes would be great! Also, I'm a big wuss when it comes to raw meat and have a phobia about touching it, so some recipes with minimal meat touching would also be much appreciated! :laugh:

My last day of college is on Thursday, 3 years has gone so fast!
