How to incorporate that into your day? And did it help.
What kind should I buy if my goal is just weight/fat loss.
There are so many products in the market, i am bit confused.

I use Now Sports Certified Organic Whey Protein. It mixes instantly, is ultrafiltered, and is free of rBGH and antibiotics. You can go to the Whey Protein Institute site and find great information.0

I've ordered Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Double Choc from Amazon.
It's a tad expensive but I can't say no to 30g of protein per shake. only 120ish calories too! Seems you can't really go wrong. should make for a great post-exercise drink!0 -
I use whey protein in a 'protein shake' after my workouts. I peel and freeze bananas then when I want a shake I take a frozen banana, a cup of milk and a scoop or two of protein (chocolate) and blend it together for about 20 seconds and have myself a yummy, chocolate banana protein shake I use body fortress (Walmart) or Eat Good Look Great Whey Protein (I got this at Wegmans, my local grocery store). I like the taste of both although I think I like the later brand a little better! Some people mix it with Greek yogurt and eat with fruit. Others just mix with milk or almond milk. Hope this helps!0

I eat it with my oats for breakfast and sometimes after a workout I'll have a shake.
I use Optimum Nutrition Whey (Vanilla) I bought from Amazon. It might be a tad more expensive but it tastes better, doesn't clump up, and mixes very well into whatever.0 -
I Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey.
Best price for a great protein. It mixes REALLY well and tastes the BEST hands down out of all the powders I have tried. It also has a great profile. I've tried quite a few other powders and they were all pricier, but not better. I have trouble with powders texture/taste wise, but I actually like the ON Gold.
I got the Extreme Milk Chocolate and Delicious Strawberry, which received good reviews. The strawberry I drank with just water and did not want to die (like I did with previous powders) I'm looking forward to it in a shake! I did the milk chocolate in my usual shake and it was actually GOOD. The funny after taste I usually associate with protein powders was minimal.
Reviews say the Banana is good if you like that. STAY AWAY FROM THE VANILLA ICE CREAM... it received terrible responses.
Note: Most protein powders are NOT meal replacements. They are for supplementation only. I use the shakes to hit my protein macro goal for the day and do not use it as a meal replacement. Getting enough protein helps to maintain muscle while losing weight, but does not make you lose more weight. It just helps your body to keep the muscle you have. I find it also greatly helps with muscle recovery and I am not super sore the next day after a hard workout.0 -
I use Truetein Cinnabon flavor... it's 40% whey, 40% casein and 20% egg white protein, which is great cause you can drink it ANY TIME OF DAY, morning, afternoon and/or evening. From what I understand, whey is best used before/after workouts because it's absorbed quicker, so it's best for those working out and building muscle, those who NEED the extra protein. Casein is what you can take before bed because its absorption is much slower and lasts longer, which means more satiety... and it helps that casein is thicker. And, of course, egg white protein is always good lol Don't know about its significance compared to the other 2, but it's protein so I can't complain lol
Also, the Trutein flavors are AMAZING. The BEST I've had. I've heard Optimum Nutrition is also good, but I haven't tried that one yet... but so far, of ALL the brands I've tried, Trutein is the BEST... Cinnabon and Chocolate PB are my favorites. So yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!0 -
the woman above me knows whats up, truetein is a legit site with some seriously awesome flavors
when it comes to whey i normally just find the cheapest possible cause taste is nothing to me anymore, i buy 5lbs for $35 + shipping from smartpowders.com and i have no issues downing it in water
pro tip: if you dont have a blender, buy a blender bottle, you can find them in some stores like walgreens or a super target, but if you cant find them, google search it and you should have no issues finding one.0
