    Lived my entire life in West Michigan. I've lived in Louisiana for the last 3 years. I hope to come back soon. I miss having four seasons and the Mid-Western lifestyle!

    Hey there, I'm pretty close to you

    Currently trying to get prepared for the "Run Through Hell" in Hell, MI (even closer to you) in August. If you run at all (I'm a noob), ya oughta consider it!

    My idea of a run is a mile jog... I am NOT a cardio man. lol, I'm all about the weights. ;)

    HELP!!!! I have cravings for sweets on a daily basis and no matter how hard I try not to eat sweets or avoid the cravings, I just cant seem to do it... I stay right around the calories and I am suppose to consume on a daily basis, but I cant seem to lose wight.... Any ideas?
