What shoes to wear??

I need to get some new walking shoes. I really would like something with good support, and light weight. Any ideas?

    If there is a specialty running store, they usually are really good about fitting your foot well and being very specific for the type of exercise you do. The ones here in Toronto have big selection of shoes for walking, running, cross training etc. I've also found staff to be very helpful at the New Balance store, perhaps there is one near you?

    ^^^^^ this. When looking for shoes you need to go to a good store and get fitted. What's a good pair for me might not be good for you.

    I can't do that where I live.
