I always go over on my protein, is this bad, what can become of this?

My goals say I can have 54 grams per day.

Thanks.

If you do not have any health conditions (mostly with kidneys and some forms of diabetes) then don't worry. 54 grams is way too low if you ask me. My daily is almost double that.

I agree!! I always have at least 20g of protein at each meal and haven't had any problems with losing weight! Let me know if you have anymore questions. I will try and help you!

Thanks guys! I don't have any health problems at all! Very healthy blood pressure, blood sugar, no diabetes etc. I was just curious as I am always over my daily intake of protein. What about sugars? I am usually over with them too but the only foods I eat are all natural foods so not sure how to lower my sugars? Will this hinder my weight loss??

I am on a medically supervised diet and range between 800-1200 calories per day.
I match my protein 10 calories to 1 protein, because it keeps you full and keeps your energy up, as per doctors orders.

I normally have 120 grams of protein each day.

Constipation.... if you're not used to having so much protein, at times.

Sugars are okay if they're natural (not sugar cane, natural).

Thanks. The sugar stuff I eat is in fruit pretty much. I have 1.5 tsp of dark brown sugar with my morning meal and that's it!
