Being stuck at a certain weight really does being to weigh on you. Literally and figuratively.
I've been stuck at 141 for months and I would love love love to see some change.
I eat well, exercise regularly but honestly, I think stress is really playing a key roll in my inability to a) be motivated and b) lose the weight.
Someday, someday I will reach my goal but it just seems so distant right now. I feel like a blob
/whining.

A couple posts down is one I wrote about the most Under-Rated NSV (non-scale victory). Please read. It might help.
Also, if you are stuck then you might try totally revamping your diet/exercise. Lower your carbs, up your protein and fat. Just make a change. Also try a different exercise.
Just don't give up and I hope this helps!0 -

This, really. I was stuck at 175 for a couple of months, and it was upsetting. Changed my workouts, my macros, learned to relax about losing weight and the next month dropped another 5 lbs. If you do straight cardio, try some HIIT workouts. If you don't lift weights, try them. If you've been lifting a progressive weight routine, ease off and try circuits instead. If you keep things the same, your body learns to adapt to it. It wants to stay comfortable and it's good at finding ways of staying there. So mix things up and keep your body guessing. Look for something new you might be willing try and go for it. Just don't give in to despair over a number on a scale.0 -
I'm in the exact same position. After losing 10kg (22 pounds) i've just stagnated there for about 3-4 months. I find this as stressful because the whole reason I began this is to lose weight for a wedding I'm in, in Sept. I know the reason why...I dont exercise enough. I live in Australia and its winter here at the moment. I used to wake up early and hit the gym before work for about 1-2hrs but nowadays its far too cold to wake up at 5:30am or pouring down with rain and cold to hit the gym after work at 5pm. Thats prob exuses anyway. I feel great when I'm there and when I've finished but getting there is always the hardest part arrrgggggg
Any tips?0
