Getting thin by 30...

My name is Tessa. I turn 30 December 1st and I'd like to feel better about myself during this milestone. I was always thin until I hit 27 and my metabolism slowed. I gained rather rapidly (I carry weight mostly in my face, neck, belly, hips, and thighs. I finally decided to do something about it: I quit smoking, started dieting (using My Fitness Pal and eating well) exactly a month ago when I weighed 163lbs (I actually got up to 168 at one point), and I added daily exercise 3 weeks ago. I have lost 7lbs so far (since using My Fitness Pal). Being 5'5" with a small frame, I'd like to lose 35-40 more lbs and tone up. So far I feel that I have done very well. If anyone needs support or would like support, add me. I'd love to hear about your successes. :)

    First off, you're gorgeous. Carrying fat in your face? I gotta call BS. lol

    That being said, I'd love to work with you. :) I wanna lose 30 at least. ;)

    I have more to lose than you but I would like to support you.

    I started late last year when I realised that I was nearly 28 and really unhealthy.

    So I've decided to get healthy before I turn 30. That gives me 21 months.
