What's less than 200 cals that you can eat right before bed?

I'll tell you what! The best thing EVER. You will need the following:

1/4 cup of Knudsen's nonfat cottage cheese
1 tablespoon of Earth Balance crunchy peanut butter
Honey to taste (keep less than a tablespoon though, eh? No need to get crazy now.)

A mug or bowl (microwave safe)
A spoon!

Put the peanut butter and honey in your bowl or mug and stick it in the microwave for about 10-20 seconds. Throw in the cottage cheese and stir stir stir till all the ingredients are blended nicely. Then eat it like a crazy person and go to bed!

This is a perfect meal to eat at night, because it slowly releases into your system while you sleep to counteract your body fasting for 6-8 hours straight. It's also good on your digestive system. This is a long-standing night-time staple in the fitness community and I thought I would pass it on to you guys on here. It's not fancy, but it tastes great and it's good for the night-tive cravings.

Tchau!

I usually just grab some almonds and a bottle of water...its enough to cure late night hunger pangs...not exactly a 5 course meal, but it does the trick.
  • uuum 1/4 cup of anything is just going to piss me (and my tapeworm) off. lol. just sayin.

not gonna lie, i lol-ed. just double up on the cottage cheese, then. honestly, i love cottage cheese. i could eat that mess all day and night and be thrilled with life. i just refuse to get anything but knudsen's, though, which, would probs drive me baroque.

Last night, a toasted Thomas bagel thin and laughing cow cinnamon cream cheese wedge. Less than 150.
  • How about 1/2 cup blueberries (50) with 4oz Greek yogurt (65) and 1/2 scoop protein powder (55) and 1/4 serving whole grain cereal (30)?

200 calories and protein and fiber packed :) You can also use 1/2 of a banana instead. Or even blend it and make a smoothie--leaving out the cereal and using 1/2 milk and 1/2 water.
