Trying to get everything started

It is hard for me to get used to having to prepare my lunch and breakfast as I now am 45 minutes from my work and before I was 5 minutes. The town I am working in has a gas station with fried foods and a couple miles up the hill there is a Ma and Pop Rest. But it can be done. Prepare ahead of time! Would love to have a "friend" to share stories with. I want to use my iPhone for tracking purposes. Does anyone else do that?

Hiya! I have a 40 minute communte to work too - I actually end up packing my lunch and making my breakfast the night before! I just find that easier rather than trying to cram it in in the mornings when I'm usually running late!
I know what you mean, my town is full of fast food restaurants and coffee shops, so it's so tempting just to not bother. But you're right, it absolutely can be done!
Feel free to add me if you want to chat - and yes, I use my HTC to track. So convenient, plus it means I'm less likely to forget what I've eaten!0 -
Thanks for the insight. I shouldn't have started on Sunday, so I am starting over today. Weekends are hard for me but with a week under way should be able to conquer.
I made my lunch last night! Going to be a great day.0 -
Thanks! I am officially starting today, why I thought I was starting on the weekend is news to me.0
