STOMACH FAT!!!

Hey guys, I've just started to healthy because I WANT A FLAT STOMACH! I have lower tummy fat not heaps but too much to call it flat, its annoying an ugly and i'm pretty sure there's a lot more of you guys out there with the same story or those who have had success but i was hoping i could get tips or lets an excersize to get me on the right tracks! thanks :)

    Unfortunatley, you cant spot reduce an area of your body you are unhappy with. To lose fat on your stomach and tone up you need to embark on all over body work outs which include both cardio and conditioning (toning) exercises. Lots of sit ups will also help and maybe chuck in some core strength exercises too.

    My personal trainer told me that abs were made in the kitchen. For me, it is sweets. I cut all sugary snacks from my diet. It's only been a couple of weeks for me so I don't have any personal stats for you. I also agree with Mangachick. You've got to workout in such a way that you are burning the fat off of the abs.
