Please Share Your Peanut Butter Recipes...

Peanut butter and banana on wheat toast.

Classic.

My favorite late night sweet treat = 3 ingrediets banana, peanut butter and mini semi sweet choc. chips.

I take the banana and peel it and put it on a stick then spread some low fat peanut butter over it and roll in about 2 tblspoons of mini semi sweet choc chips and then place in freezer for 10-20 mins so it gets chilled.


or sometimes i just cut the banana up and mix with peanut butter then just put about a tablespoon of the choc chips over it - simple easy and delicious.

otherwise peanut butter, banana and jelly quesadillas... sounds strange but so good on a whole wheat tortilla - spread peanut butter then some low sugar jelly and then slice a banana and cook like you would a quesidilla on the stove top... but make sure that you put Peanut butter on both sides of the tortilla because that way the banana sticks and wont fall out of the tortilla...

Last Minute Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup sweetener (Splenda, Turbinado sugar, powdered honey, stevia, ect.)
1 egg

Bake for 10-13 minutes in a 355 degree oven.

So good, simple, and delicious.
