Why is it that gym trainers help the young pretty women but ignore us oldies? I am 60 and doing everything in my
Power to get fit and healthy however the trainer will cancel my appointment when a young thing walks in the door.
It makes me cry.

i'd tell their boss and get a new trainer. If that didn't do it, hire a personal one from outside gym. If they are a serious trainer then they will help you. Some guys/girls are just jerks.0

Wow. I agree with Ekander on that one. I just signed up with a gym yesterday and will have a couple of sessions with a trainer this week but they were very clear that if my trainer and I didn't mesh well then I could get a different one. Find one who isn't so concerned with impressing the girls and who is there to do his/her job.0
