So, I just looooveeee TAE BO! Billy is so encouraging and just amazing.
Yes alot of people don't like it because they count to 8, but I find it helping, so it doesn't bother me.
And sometimes he does an extra set on the left to the right or vise versa. So I just rewind and do it myself, no biggie!!
ANYWHO, I just wanted to see who does his DVD's, or has tried them.
I'm currently doing 'Cardio Circuit 1' and 'Insane Abs' to get my body toned and in shape,
Then I believe I'm going to purchase the 3 dvd in 1, Amped series, Rockin' Abs, Buns and Sculpt, it looks exciting, and I've heard nothing but great reviews.

I used to love it, I had the videos - yes VHS good lord - and used to love them.
I now do Body combat at the gym which I think is quite similar, punches and kicks etc.0 -
I have the "Special Edition Tae Bo Live" DVD and it has the basic, advanced, and the 8 minute workout (along with instructional). I absolutely love it!! I have done the basic and 8 minute a lot in the past and just pulled it out today to try it out again. I must say I did the basic and after about 3-4 times of doing that one, I will brave into advanced because I have never seen or tried it yet!
I find Tae Bo a LOT of fun. The moves are fun and challenging at the same time. And so far, I haven't had to do pushups! haha! My arms still get sore though so I know it is working! I am glad to see someone else one here that likes it as much as I do!0 -
tae bo is a great workout to do when you don't have alot of time for the gym! I'm tired as heck after a 40 minute session!0
