Got out of the habbit....

Well, I had been doing Zumba three days a week for all most a year, the only time I missed was when class was cancelled due to holidays... However, I haven't been in almost three weeks. The day before class I keep thinging, oh I am so ready to go back, then the time comes to get ready rolls around, and I just can't seem to get going...

    Maybe you got bored with it... I mean zumba seems really fun, but you can only waltz so much before you want to do the cha cha! I suggest finding a new fitness class that gets you going and maybe it will rekindle your fire for zumba classes!

    The Billy Banks fitness videos are a blast, if you're looking to find something at home. Jazzercise is a nice alternative to Zumba. I think any fitness routine gets dull after a while. Maybe changing it up a little will help. Good luck!

    I second the Billy Blanks, I do his Tae-bo at least once a week as part of my fitness routine :-)
