When is the best time to get an accurate weigh in?

Morning, afternoon, night time? When does you weight fluctuate the least?

    I always weigh the lightest first thing in the morning after using the restroom. Also try to weigh in the exact same clothes or sans clothes each time.

    Morning definitely. Anything you ingest during the day is going to add to the weight appearing on the scale; conversely, if you go out for a run in 100 degree heat, you might dehydrate and show a lower number (that will go back up as soon as you drink something).

    I always weigh myself in the morning after using the restroom. I did weigh myself for awhile at 5:30 in the evenings (when attending WW) but find the best results by doing in the morning and I try to wear the same type of clothing.

    First thing in the morning, and for tape measurements, the right side of the body.

    I read in a couple of different diets, that is is best to weigh in no more than once a week. They said there is too much water varience and you could get discouraged if you do it daily. I weigh in every Monday morning after my run and I wear the same things each week!

    I always weigh in the morning, and I'm naked. Mostly because being naked is fun. :)

    I always weigh in every morning after using the restroom and I'll do it naked.

    I know a lot of people saying to weigh once per week because of fluctuations but I'm a scientist and I disagree. I weigh in every morning and then on Wednesdays (but you can choose any other day) I check in here on MFP my average weight for that week. It requires a little bit more effort, but since I'm trying to be accurate on everything else I do here, I don't want to lose accuracy on the weight.

    In any case, it's working for me. And in the end, that's the only thing that matters :smile:

    First thing in the morning after going to the bathroom. And if it's after a day when I've overindulged, I try not to weigh myself because I know it's gonna be higher than I'd like.
