So I started using MFP about two weeks ago, and have really been trying to keep track every day, and then I found the community boards, and decided to try them this time!
I am 26 years old, and over the last two years I've gained back over half of the 120 lbs I lost 4 years ago. Now I can't fit into my wedding dress (which was loose on me originally...), and am desperate, but not enough to do crazy diets. I am an exercise fanatic, always have been, so working out is never a problem. My problem is snacking!!!! I love love love junk food. Well, I love any food, haha, hence the problem!
I don't know what posting does besides introduces you, but here are my goals:
To fit into my wedding dress in August
To ultimately (and this will take a muuuuuuuuch longer time....) lose 145 lbs!
