A mini success!

I'm going in to week two of being on my diet. I've been working out every day. I've been eating right. I lost 8 pounds last week. Hopefully 8 more this week? However, the fact that I've actually stuck with it is the success in this story.

I've never lost weight before.

There's a first time for everything.

My goal is to be able to wear bikinis by next summer. I know that's a far stretch from where I am right now, but if I don't give up and I never slack off on this diet, no matter how much it might suck, I'll be happy in the long run that I stick with it.

    Just keep your eye on the prize and you can do anything you put your mind too!

  • 8 pounds in a week? That's great! Biggest Loser numbers right there! lol. I lost four this week and I was super thrilled, now I'm just wondering why it wasn't 8. haha. I'm in the same boat, pretty much. Just started after never taking my health seriously and eating myself bigger and bigger... Recently had a wake up call and I'm trying to better myself. I've had a few rough days, but even my worst days since I started aren't as bad as a typical day used to be.. Just gotta dust off and keep on trucking! Congrats again!

    That's great! Just keep at it. I fully understand about it being hard to stick with it. I always seemed to have that problem. But once you start noticing results, it will become easier and easier.
