Hello!! I was just wondering if any women on here have any advice for more comfortable workouts when your very top heavy. And also whats a good goal weight so you dont look even more top heavy. Im 195 now, would like to try and be somewhere around 150-155. I just cant imagine being any thinner than that without looking too top heavy. =]

I am top heavy (and used to be ridiculously top heavy before my breast reduction!) and all I can say is sports bra*s*
I always wear 2: the inside one is a really tight and fitted one, the outside one is completely stretchy but covers more up towards my neck. This combo works to keep the girls in place so I can do workouts that involve bouncing and dancing (or frankly, even just MOVING) and I feel comfortable.
In other weird news, my name is Cynthia too. Are all Cynthia's top heavy?!?!!!??! Science needs to look into this....0 -
This isn't a pic thread? Very disappointing.
Before I go, wife wants me to mention that as you get closer to your 40 pound loss goal, you may not be as top heavy as you once were. She was pleasantly surprised by this. Definitely her words, not mine.0 -
I love Under Armour Armour Bras.

If anyone could see me in the dressing room trying on bras I would look like a crazy women. Try on a few different kinds. Jump around like crazy, get the ones that feel best to you.
Burpees were a total no-no for me before. I would pop right out of the cheap-o bras I had before. The Under Armour Bras are well worth their cost.0 -

2 bras is really good advice.. that's what I do. I wear a racerback and one with regular straps. it seems to work.0 -
Im very top heavy and I kickbox... I wear a Glamourise sports bra on bottom to seperate... I hate the uni-boob look... Then I wear a compression sports bra on top... I have no giggle what so ever... As far as goal weight that really depends on height among other things... I started out 39-34-38 and at 90 days I am 36-28-34... My focus is building lean muscle all over but reducing my waist is very important to me because not only do I have big boobs... I have a matching butt... :blushing:0
