Soul-satisfying Tuna noodle casserole for 1

I put these ingredients in a bowl, added 2T water (or better yet, the tuna juice from the can) and microwaved a couple of minutes, stirred, and microwaved another minute. I added some instant minced onion and garlic, but half a green onion would have been really tasty. Add a fruit, veggie or salad.
