Here is me where I started---Ive NEVER posted this picture, I am so embarrassed of it, and how I just let myself go...(5'9, over 180 lbs)

    Calorie counted, walked every chance I had, took an herbal supplement that helped my allergies and curbed my appetite and actually helped me drink a lot more water. I have a desk job so losing took awhile, and I had to watch the calories....now its become a routine =)

    Did you follow a diet at all or just count calories?

    you look EXACTLY LIKE that "plus size" model (I say plus size in quotes because she was a freaking size 10, and that is NOT plus size in my world....lol) that was on americas next top model...the blonde...she was so pretty
