Bumping so I remember to look again when I get home. I am surprised I can get to MFP at work. Nearly everything social, blog, etc is blocked.

I love how you stole Katie's recipe, and said you "slightly adapted" it, even though there were no changes other than using splenda sweetener.
I've made this many times and it's AMAZING. I don't use the oil though, and only use 1/2 cup sugar, and 1.2 cup chocolate chips. It's a lot healthier than making cookies with flour and butter.

I agree, this is an amazing recipe. What I don't agree with, is that I "stole" her recipe. I clearly stated that this was Katie's original recipe, and also gave a direct link to her site. People often say "slightly adapted", because they do not want the original creator to be concerned with the fact that somebody is claiming to be using their recipe, when they have actually changed something. It may not turn out how Katie imagined, so I think it is unfair to state that it is her, exact recipe.
  • This is my favorite dessert ever!! I was skeptical about making a dessert with chick peas, but I am absolutely blown away by this one. Keep them coming!
