I am a little more than half way to my goal weight and my wonderful friend inspired me to post my progress. After seeing this picture of myself at my daughter's birthday party, I decided it was time to make a change:

So, I downloaded MFP and got a membership to Gold's Gym! I am 5'9''. I am at about 1750 calories a day and I still have all of my favorite things in moderation. I love Pilates, yoga, Zumba, weights, elliptical, spinning, and I am on week 4 of C25K.

    tht is so good!!the height helps alot also bc it doesnt look like u weigh tht much. also looks like u lost a lot more
