Starting 30 Day Shred tomorrow! Anyone wanna join me?

Hi everyone,
A friend from work and I are starting Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred tomorrow night.
We're really looking forward to weighing and measuring before and then kicking some 30DS butt!!
I have read this is a very intense workout but it gets results.
So - Anyone wanna join in on the 30DS workouts from tomorrow night?

I had a go at level 1 today - just because I needed to do some exercise, I don't think I intend to do the full 30 days because I'm going away next week but I guess exercise is better than no exercise lol!
How did you find it? I definitely underestimated it! My whole body feels worked out in such a short space of time.

I started Level 1, Day 1 yesterday. Probably won't do it everyday though because I do a boot camp 2-3 days a week. Figured this would be a good work out to fill in the days I don't do boot camp. I've definitely hit a plateau and feel like nothing is changing and no weight is dropping. I'm hoping for the great results I've seen by others on MFP.0

Phew I attempted (you hear me? ATTEMPTED) day 1 today. I should do better tomorrow I hope. I got about halfway through. That reminds me. I need to take before pictures. We can do this together.

Surprisingly I find that I like this program. It's quite a workout. I started last week; just did day 4 yesterday. I wasn't sure how to log it, but someone told me to log it as circuit training. Good luck with the workout. I feel energized after I finish!0

I re-started yesterday, which I see is when this thread was started. Just finished Day 2.
When I first did it, I was cool with it, got to day 14 and it wasn't hideous. Then I've had a good two weeks of falling off the wagon quite spectacularly. Re-startiing - wow, so so hard!0 -
I started it last night ! There were a few times I had stop a few seconds before she did. But my biggest issue is.. MY KNEES are killing me !! I even did modified versions but still have a lot of knee pain today0

Well, I DID IT!!!
My legs are shaking and I feel like i've just run a marathon but I did it - and it felt great0
