Struggling a little bit pictures help!

I've lost between 80-90 pounds, depending on the day. Lately, I keep losing and gaining the same weight over and over. I know it's my eating, which has not been good lately, but I still see some changes. Thought I'd share.
This first picture is about 2.5 months ago. I weighed 205 pounds.
This next one is this morning. Look closely compared to the first one and guess how much I've lost since then.
It's only a 3.6 pound weight loss! Even though my eating hasn't been great, I've been working out consistently and doing more strength training with my trainer. I'd say it's working!
