NOTE: SOME HAVE SMALL AMOUNTS OF CREAM/DAIRY,
THAT ADDS TO THE TEXTURE, BUT IT IS POSSIBLE TO NOT USE ANY!!!
or you can buy one of those YONANAS machines, which I think is a food processer covered in plastic with an inverted funnel on the top.. but just my opinion!!!

TO calculate Calories, weigh bananas and measure other ingredients and log according to package.

Peanut Butter & Honey Banana Ice Cream
makes 2 servings
1 1/2 peeled medium bananas, sliced into coins and frozen until solid
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 teaspoons honey
Blend bananas in food processor until they are the consistency of soft serve ice cream. Blend in peanut butter and honey, and transfer to a freezer container and freeze until solid.

Nutella Banana Ice Cream

Dark Chocolate Banana Ice Cream
makes 2 servings
1 1/2 peeled medium bananas, sliced into coins and frozen until solid
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend bananas in food processor until they are the consistency of soft serve ice cream. Blend in cocoa powder, cream, and vanilla. Transfer to a freezer container and freeze until solid.

Cinnamon Dulce Banana Ice Cream
makes 2 servings
1 1/2 peeled medium bananas, sliced into coins and frozen until solid
3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground cinnamon

Strawberries & Cream Banana Ice Cream
makes 2 servings
1 1/2 peeled medium bananas, sliced into coins and frozen until solid
1/3 cup roughly chopped frozen strawberries

I really like some of those, I might have to try them. I love the occasional ice-cream treat.

PS. Some of your recipes have cream and dairy in them

We did "ice cream" with frozen bananas as the only ingredient last week. Fantastic. You don't need the extras. Freeze the bananas, whip them in a food processor and you're good to go

I did plain bananas too, saturday night. I just mush them with a fork and throw them back in the freezer for 5 minutes. Gave me enough time to whip up some no fat chocolate jello pudding and smash a skor bar (made the boys feel a little better about the super healthy dessert). Then I just layered them in a cup, about half a banana each with a heap of pudding and some skor bits :)

I should have stated most do not have Dairy or cream. I generally do not make the "heavier ones".. but thought I would include them for others!!

Weird... I literally JUST sat down from mashing banana + peanut butter together and putting it in the freezer to try later on. (Okay, I chopped up a Miniature Reece's Cup and put that in, too)
