Hi everyone

My name is Clare and I am from Glasgow, Scotland. Starting here again to try and lose about 4-5 stone as I know it works for me. I aim to log in everyday and I have also started a twitter account to document my journey.

    Hi I'm in Glasgow too and pretty new to this thing. I'm going to try to add you is that ok? I think we might be similar weight and goals. Although I am crap at the healthy food side of it.
