    Thanks for the recipe. I was looking for a good recipe for minestrone soup since a while because I am a vegan and love soups. Me and my whole family loves "olive garden's" minestrone soup I hope I will be able to make it just like the restaurant. Definitely be trying it for dinner tonight.

    @enewsome2 It freezes just fine! I have never frozen it, but I have a friend who has and told me it came out okay. :]
