    Good afternoon ladies. I was gone for a few days and managed to behave myself with my food intake. I have now lost 3 more lbs. Very excited it's actually working. Now if someone could just come up with a cure for crohn's disease..ha ha ha

    There are so many more people from KY on here than I thought!! I am from western KY (Murray!!) but I currently live in Central KY. Oh and I also wear shoes, brush my teeth, didn't have a child in high school, and don't smoke/have lung disease :)

    I'll add another KY nuance.... we call all carbonated drinks "Coke." Like I'll tell my mom, "Hey get me some Cokes when you go to Wal-Mart." Her response: "Sure, what kind? Mountain Dew?" Soda and Pop do not exist in my town!
