    LOL...All of this!
Oreos. :( I'll eat the whole pack. The whole box. D: I cannot resist them!

    This. ^^

... and chips, ice cream, cookies, candies, chocolates.

I find myself thinking irrational thoughts, such as, "I need to hurry up and eat it all so it won't be around to tempt me." ??? LOL

Wine.... an open bottle is an empty bottle!
Fresh bread - can eat a whole french stick in one sitting

Glad I read before posting... ^ this is me

When I first started I thought sweets would be the issue. Totally wrong on that account. I had to talk myself out of a glass of wine the other night and the only reason it worked was because I was skirting my calorie level for the day from the sourdough bread I had allowed myself. -_-

^^This x2. I found that when I increased my protein intake it reduced my cravings though...
Really? I'm eating like double MFPs suggested amount of protein and STILL crave carbs :/

Freshly baked anything. Just the smell calls me. Especially warm gooey chocolate chip cookies.

    Smartfoods White Cheddar Cheese Popcorn...
    Homemade Andes DeMenthe Cookies...
Dr. Pepper (although I'm getting SO much better with this one)
    Butterfinger Bites...

I'm sure there's more but lately I've been making myself walk the 20 minutes to the Walgreens down the street if I want a treat and by the time I get there I am so amped because I'm walking FAST and it feels GOOD so I've talked myself out of buying it!

If it's on hand, there is no hope for me. I make a shopping list and try so very hard to stick to it. I don't ever go grocery shopping when I'm hungry or thirsty and I always bring an apple/pear and a bottle of water with me to curb those impulse purchases.
