    cake/cupcakes/freshly baked breads
    this!

^^This x2. I found that when I increased my protein intake it reduced my cravings though...
Really? I'm eating like double MFPs suggested amount of protein and STILL crave carbs :/
  • White, carbalicious bread. Arnold Country White, to be exact. I crave it like chocolate!!

Freshly baked anything. Just the smell calls me. Especially warm gooey chocolate chip cookies.

    Chips (especially spicy)
Candy like Skittles, gummy bears, Lifesavers, etc (chocolate doesn't tempt me)
Homemade tacos (I will seriously binge!)
Srirachi (I'm whittling down my last bottle, I have a huge addiction to it :/)
    Cereal (any kind)
    Homemade No Bake cookies
    Homemade Rice Krispie treats

    Smartfoods White Cheddar Cheese Popcorn...
    Homemade Andes DeMenthe Cookies...
Dr. Pepper (although I'm getting SO much better with this one)
    Butterfinger Bites...

I'm sure there's more but lately I've been making myself walk the 20 minutes to the Walgreens down the street if I want a treat and by the time I get there I am so amped because I'm walking FAST and it feels GOOD so I've talked myself out of buying it!

If it's on hand, there is no hope for me. I make a shopping list and try so very hard to stick to it. I don't ever go grocery shopping when I'm hungry or thirsty and I always bring an apple/pear and a bottle of water with me to curb those impulse purchases.

Really mature cheddar cheese, a portion is like the size of a matchbox - I would eat half a block given the chance! Especially on a baked potato, I just can't eat a little bit of it so I don't buy it!

Cheez-Its. They're like little squares of cheddar flavored crack :grumble:
  • Where to start?

    - Real cheese of almost any type
    - Brownies
    - Doritoes
    - Cheese curls
    - Pop tarts
    - Pretty much anything chocolate, including baking chocolate
    - Almost any other dessert-y kind of thing as of yet unmentioned... baklava, pecan pie, ice cream, donuts, etc.

Before I gained the will-power and self-control that I have now, I could not have the Nestle Tollhouse or Pillsbury bake and serve cookies. I would eat the whole pack in the course of 2 days. Now, they're safe, since I practice everything in moderation! :-)
