Hi all,

Can someone point me in the right direction of a decent circuit training routine? I've had a look online and can't seem to find much in the way of a 'proper' routine.

Thanks!

What do you mean by "proper"? Circuit training just means that you moves from one exercise to the next with little to no break in between.

ETA: For example, you do 1 min of push ups, 10 sec break, 1 min of jumping jacks, 10 sec break, etc.

If you want a circuit training workout that works AND kills you, check out Jillian Michael's 30 day shred dvd

Besides Spartacus ( am doing version 1, here: http://www.menshealth.com/mhlists/high-intensity-circuit-routine/#ixzz1x33OHwnN)

I did Jillian's 30 Day Shred and it is good too.
A simple, no-equipment 25 minutes might be like this:
30 seconds work, 30 second rest, 5 times through; takes 25 minutes total

    Jump Squats
    Pushups
    Alternating power lunges
    Mountain Climbers
    Burpees, no pushups

Thanks guys will check that out. All I meant by 'proper' was that I couldn't find a set routine, just exercises that you could put into a set routine if that makes sense!

I'm useless with trying to create my own routines :)

Are you on pinterest? There's quite a few on there.

Spartacus has three versions now, so you can rotate those, if needed.

Good exercises for circuit: push ups, planks, mountain climbers, squats, squat jumps, tuck jumps, box jumps, burpees, jumpin jacks, tricep dips, switch lunges, prisoner squat jumps, side planks, etc.
