    First off, YOU LOOK GREAT! Secondly, what herbal supplement are you taking? My allergies drive me nuts even with my perscribed meds.

    Calorie counted, walked every chance I had, took an herbal supplement that helped my allergies and curbed my appetite and actually helped me drink a lot more water. I have a desk job so losing took awhile, and I had to watch the calories....now its become a routine =)
