Tilapia

I can't remember exactly where I found this recipe but I've made it several times this week (I'm on a very high protein diet) and it is DELICIOUS! I just buy the frozen tilapia from Walmart!

Add 1/2 tbs olive oil to pan and heat and cover pan with oil. DO NOT let the oil get hot! Add in 2 Tilapia Loins or Fillets and when it starts to turn color add in a clove of chopped garlic. (I sometimes add more because I'm a huge garlic lover!) Sprinkle with Tony's, Lemon Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper, and Salt and Pepper. (I'm a true Southern woman and like really seasoned food so this may be too much for some.) Flip and sprinkle seasonings on other side. When Tilapia flakes at touch it is done. If garlic starts to brown scoop and place on top of fish so it will not burn.

Sometimes I add a lot of Louisiana hot sauce to mine too for an extra kick! Hope you enjoy!

Thanks. I'm always looking for other ways to fix it.
