is it still possible to post a chart with weight loss info in a thread? green team has recently been newly recruited and i would like to make a chart with our info....name, start wt, weekly wt, % lost, accumulative lost and accumulative % lost. we had one in the past, and it was a huge motivator. i have done a chart on my own pc, thru Excel, but when i go to copy and past it, there is no chart, no colors, and the info isn't in columns anymore? anyone...help?

Do you have the option to [export as] in your program somewhere? You just need to export it as an image file of some sort.
If not, here's a hack, but it's kind of the long way. :laugh:
Open to the chart you want, be sure you can see every part of the chart on your screen without scrolling, and press the [prtscn] or Print Screen button (upper right of your keyboard, in row above the typing space.
Open up paint and go to edit, and select [paste]. It won't work if you right click, you have to go through edit. Now you have a picture of your ENTIRE screen. Tool bars and everything.
Save the picture and upload it to your photo sharing site (I use photobucket.) You can crop it down to just the chart there.0 -

If you go to your photobucket account and select [edit] above that picture, you can crop it down to just the chart.
Now copy and paste this:
[*img]Cut this out and paste that url you just posted here[*/img]
Take out the *'s and past your URL in and you'll have it!

Once we can get a good link that works, it's pretty easy to post so others can view the chart. It won't be interactive or anything, just a visual for them. :flowerforyou:0 -

but you MUST make those CAPITAL IMG into lower case img for the command to work.
