I just joined myfitness pal today. I am trying to figure out how to find out the calories to what i eat. i am doing the body by vi 90 day challenge. i know that the shake mix alone is 170 calories for the 2 scoops. so how do i know how much each shake is after i add the fruit or flavor packet or whatever else i add to it.

I use the recipe feature in the food dairy or add each item seperately. I hope that helps. Welcome!

Actually the two scoops is 90 calories (I'm actually a distributor), the milk and any other ingredients will add to that. You can pack a punch in the shakes by adding peanut/almond butter, fresh fruits etc. to get them into a nice calorie count (my shakes are usually around 3-400 calories each as I use fat free milk 90 calories, the scoop mix 90 calories, pnut butter 100+ calories etc etc.). The best way is to add them individually to the food tracker or if you know you will have specific ones you can create a recipe, add all those ingredients to it, and then you are just one click away in order to add it.
